WE’RE HIRING: Admin & Finance Officer

We are looking for a highly-organised and motivated Admin & Finance Officer to support the Non-Executive Directors and Chief Executive during what is set to be the organisation’s biggest and most ambitious year yet.

You will support the day-to-day running of the charity, ensuring that the team have the ability to deliver their roles efficiently and are underpinned by professional organisational and financial support.

You will be the first contact for the organisation, for stakeholders ranging from community members to senior political leaders (e.g. MPs, Mayors teams etc.). The main area of responsibility for the successful candidate will comprise of supporting the charity’s Chief Executive, ensuring their diary is managed, they have the resources they need and supporting with managing the many communications that come into the organisation.

You will support the administration of the organisation’s finances, including: day to day bookkeeping, invoices, banking, reconciliations. The successful candidate will be familiar with IT software and processes and will be required to pass a proficiency test or undergo a training course in Quickbooks, our accounting software.
