
Amanda is a lawyer by profession and leads both her firms and industry LGBTQ+ networks as well as being involved in politics locally in St Helens. With a history working with major financial institutions and within business, Amanda brings her legal and commercial expertise along with her skills in public speaking and networking to the role of Lead Trustee.

I'm a queer counsellor, passionate about supporting our community here in Liverpool and everywhere. I'm particularly interested in ensuring that there are safe spaces for us to feel seen, protected, acknowledged and authentic. I feel privileged to be working alongside the rest of the Trustees.

IElliot is an experienced operational leader focussed on planning, service improvement and organisational strategy and has worked across finance, insurance and healthcare. Alongside his professional experience, Elliot is passionate about building inclusive, welcoming communities where people feel safe, supported and represented. Throughout his career, he has focused on bringing people together, improving ways of working and supporting positive change through collaboration and empathy. He brings strategic and operational expertise to the board, as well as previous experience founding and chairing employee LGBTQ+ networks.

James is a Transformation Manager by profession, specializing in change governance, operational design, and building scalable frameworks. With a history of embedding new ways of working across complex corporate environments, James brings his technical expertise and commercial focus to the board, alongside his foundational leadership experience as a former Vice Chair of the Openreach Pride network.

David is a Liverpool-based event organiser and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. As a trustee of the LCR Pride Foundation, he combines professional expertise with lived experience to help make Pride in Liverpool more inclusive and representative for all.
