Amanda Hilton (She/Her), Chair

Amanda is a lawyer by profession and leads both her firms and industry LGBTQ+ networks as well as being involved in politics locally in St Helens. With a history working with major financial institutions and within business, Amanda brings her legal and commercial expertise along with her skills in public speaking and networking to the role of Lead Trustee.

Kris Hubbard (He/Him), Trustee

Kriss brings extensive experience in community engagement and the public sector. With a career dedicated to fostering inclusive spaces and driving meaningful change, Kriss leverages his expertise to strengthen the foundation’s mission of promoting equality and celebrating diversity across the Liverpool City Region. His strategic insight and commitment to collaboration play a vital role in enhancing community outreach, building partnerships, and ensuring that the foundation remains a beacon for LGBTQ+ empowerment and support.

Matt Exley (He/Him), Trustee

Matt Exley is a Producer at National Museums Liverpool with a strong record in developing and delivering participation and engagement programmes at museums and galleries. His work focuses on empowering communities to tell their own stories. He is passionate about co-production and co-creation as methods to uplift voices that are often underrepresented or marginalised and to create events and programmes that champion social justice. Matt brings his experience of delivering community and cultural programmes to LCR Pride Foundation as well as a passion for championing equity and inclusion, and the aspiration to make Liverpool a safe, fair, and inclusive place for LGBTQ+ communities.

Nikki Croft-Girvan (She/Her), Trustee

Nikki Croft-Girvan is the Director of Auteur Media and a communications and media professional with 20 years’ experience across journalism, public relations and ghostwriting. Since establishing her own consultancy, Auteur Media, in 2017, she now supports a roster of arts, professional services and third-sector clients with strategic communications guidance, campaign delivery and media relations, and continues her ghostwriting work with a range of national publishers. A member of the Bi+ community, Nikki brings both her personal experience and professional skills to her role as trustee for LCR Pride Foundation, actively working for positive change in the city region and beyond.
