LCR Pride Foundation works closely with Merseyside Police and wider city partners to have an open-dialogue and support the eradication of hate crime. As always, we will continue to work positively and constructively to raise awareness of hate crime, the importance of reporting this and the need for victims of hate crime to be supported.

We are united in our goal to make the Liverpool City Region welcoming and safe for all LGBT+ residents and visitors alike and hate crimes of any form should not and will not be tolerated or ignored.

We are also working with night time economy venues in and around the Pride Quarter to ensure there are safe spaces for LGBT+ people who need to access support or feel threatened. Venues looking for more information on how they can do this should get in touch with us on info@lcrpride.co.uk.
