Shopping bags at the ready ! The brand new and official Liverpool MONOPOLY game hits shop shelves this morning.. featuring the very great and good of Liverpool.
And – drum roll – we get to star in it, by landing on a orange coloured space in this brand new edition, which was launched this morning (Tuesday 19th November) at a high profile ceremony (being attended by Mr Monopoly no less!) at The Hard Days Night Hotel, Liverpool.
Amongst the very many leading city landmarks getting to feature in the game include us, the Hard Days Night Hotel, The Three Graces, both football clubs, both Cathedrals .. and pretty much all the A Listers of Liverpool!
In this new unique version of MONOPOLY whilst the rules, money denomination spirit of MONOPOLY stay exactly the same .. the spaces ALL become exclusively Liverpool landmarks and favourites. And the tokens are ALL also exclusively Scouse too.. from a race horse complete with jockey ..to a football .. to a shopping bag !
