We’re aiming to make sure that our concession provision is as diverse as our attendees so welcome applications from all types of trader and organisation.

We follow the process listed below to approve your application and allot you a space on the event site.

*Please note: once accepted a proportion of the fee is payable for the concession, even upon cancellation. Please see cancellation policy for more details.
