WoWFest: Lockdown – Our Top Picks

The UK lockdown has meant many of the social events that are so important to us have been postponed or cancelled. However, in recent weeks we’ve seen the city region’s arts, culture and entertainment scene respond in true creative style, taking events online and curating whole new programmes.

The team at Writing on the Wall is no exception. WoWFest: Lockdown, which launched on 7th May and runs until 31st May, brings a truly inspiring and passionate collection of artists to us, when we can’t go to them.

All of the events are free, but ticket donations are welcomed. The funds generated from these will go to Fans Supporting Foodbanks, South Liverpool Domestic Abuse Services and WoW.

We’ve shared our picks below, but recommend you check out the full line up, which you can see here, which features interviews, panel discussions, performances and much more.
